To Activate Heat: Snap the metal coin back and forth located inside the heat pad until you hear a CLICK! knead the pad to soften. To Reuse: Boil water in a pot. Place the heat pad into a non stick pot or p lace the pad on cloth inside the pot, continue boiling water until all crystals are dissolved. Remove the heat pad (with tongs) from the boiling water and hold it up against a light. Make sure no crystals remain in the pad (else it will trigger the heating again). Take the liquid pad and place it on a cloth to cool down. When the pad cools down, it is ready to be used again. note: If crystals begin to form while the pad is cooling, it must be boiled again until crystals fully disappear. To use it Cold: Simply put the heat pad in the refrigerator, it will cool to s soothing 32 degrees and remain in a liquid form.
